Reservations & Payments
Our art studio and mobile paint events are $30 per painter and include a 2.5-hour art instructor-led paint project. All private parties require a minimum of 12 guests to reserve.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due upon reservation of your paint event. Your deposit secures your date and our art instructors and can be applied to the balance of your event. The date/time is not secure until the deposit is paid, therefore it is best to pay the deposit as soon as you can to get the desired date and time! Once you paid your deposit your desired date and time slot will be blocked out on the calendar, thus securing your private party.
Cash, credit, or debit is accepted for the payment of your initial deposit and final balance at the end of your paint event. Please contact us directly about cash payments.
Party extensions are available in 30-minute time blocks and can be purchased during the time of your reservation online. Parties exceeding the 2.5-hour party may incur additional charges for events that exceed the event end time.
You can choose your own 2 or 3-hour painting. The painting can be selected from our calendar or you can schedule a time to come into the store and view all of our paintings in the library.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations can be completed online through our reservation portal or by contacting ARTrageous Brush and Flow directly.
While we regret losing the opportunity to paint with you, our private party cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artist that is scheduled to instruct and entertain each party. For this reason, we firmly require a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation before your private party date, to grant a partial refund or rescheduled date. Private Parties booked within 7 days of the desired date must be paid in full and will not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside of the acceptable timeframe will not be refunded.
When you cancel before the 7 days notice you will receive a partial refund of any fees paid. (Excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit.) This fee goes towards the supplies and time spent in preparation of the event that was supposed to be scheduled.
No-call / No-show guests who are registered for special studio events will not be issued refunds or studio credit.
**Custom & pre-drawn canvases are prepared in advance specifically for your event and are non-refundable & can not be exchanged.
BYOB & Alcohol Policy
I agree that I am 21 years of age or older and will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against ARTrageous Brush and Flow, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after my paint event including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By attending an event hosted by ARTrageous Brush and Flow I agree to these terms and conditions.
